Responsibilities
Deep domain knowledge in all Hire to Retire service lines or different HR roles, banking experience & knowledge will be an added advantage
Delivering Value through transformation initiatives, ensuring Zero Surprise operations and Growing business with client
Oversee Workforce implementation (Restructuring) operations across both restructures led and business led programs.
Oversee the team of People analytics experts responsible reporting delivery and advanced analytics + insights for T&C function
Constantly work to find the opportunities to drive value beyond SLAs and contractual terms hence be able to drive value share and Transformation opportunity.
Strategic thinking and leadership experience with an emphasis on relationship management and communication at all levels within an organization. Facilitate and coordinate multiple deadlines, create cohesive teams, and respond quickly to management requests.
Drive regular operational governance at Workforce strategy Pillar and line of business level as well as participate in transformation governance
Adhering to client & contract requirements, manage client relationship independently till executive levels
Work with the client organization to ensure common objectives are delivered
Leadership is a key skill required to deliver HRO objectives.
