Job Title : Assistant Vice President

Key Responsibility :

Oversee Configuration, upgrades, feature rollouts and release management in coordination with the vendor.

Manage Integrations between LMS and other enterprise systems like SSO, HRMS, etc.
Own and manage the Saas based eLearning Platform, ensuring high availability, performance and reliability.
Act as primary IT SPOC for the LMS for business, Information Security, Compliance and external partners and ensure Learning Management Platform complies with Organizational security standards, data privacy norms and other regulatory requirements.
Ensure adherence to SLAs, Uptime commitments and Incident Resolution Timelines.
Developing technical documents
Coordination with Information Security team for application security assessment,
fixes for Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing observations
User coordination and support for continuous improvement of the platform and stability.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in any of the following programming languages - .Net, Java, Hibernate, Pl/SQL, Angular JS, Python, etc.
Understanding of SAAS products\applications with Api integration
Good Understanding of various Software Development Life Cycle Models
Ability to prepare process design documents, technical design documents, etc.
Good understanding of AppSec Concepts and secured coding
Good Understanding of application monitoring, backups, recovery procedures, etc
Excellent Communication skills
Be a quick learner and demonstrate ability to adapt to change.
