Job Description
Responsibilities
Operations and Catastrophe Modeling Leadership:

Lead and manage the operational aspects of the catastrophe modelling team, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations

Provide guidance and expertise to the team performing quote, bound, portfolio reporting and analytics, aggregation functions, etc. by performing activities like data cleansing, slip coding, model imports, model runs, exposure and loss summary reports

Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and workflows to optimize team performance.
Risk Assessment and Analysis:

Conduct in-depth analysis of catastrophe risk exposure and provide insights to inform business decisions.

Collaborate with underwriting, finance, and other departments to integrate catastrophe risk considerations into overall risk management strategies.
Quality Assurance:

Implement and maintain quality assurance measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of catastrophe modelling outputs.

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the team's performance.
