Brief about the Team

The HRBP team supporting the B&M Retail Business at Tata 1mg plays a critical role in enabling the company's rapidly expanding retail operations. As the business scales, HR is expected to proactively align with evolving needs - partnering closely with business leaders to deliver a seamless and engaging employee experience through strategic support and people-centric initiatives

What will you do

· Partner with business to implement effective people strategies and solutions.

· Drive performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives.

· Support policy implementation and ensure adherence to HR compliance.

· Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing support on various HR matters.

· Collaborate with HR CoEs (Centers of Excellence) to execute company-wide programs effectively at the business unit level.

· Monitor and improve employee lifecycle touchpoints from onboarding to exit, ensuring a consistent and positive experience.

· Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to guide decision-making and measure the impact of HR initiatives

· Hands-on experience in MS office- Excel and PowerPoint.

· Manage all the employee related activities on HRMS.

What we are looking for

· Master's degree with at least 5 years' experience post MBA

· In-depth understanding of HR related concepts and analytics

· Prior experience as an HRBP in Retail industry is essential

· Ability to drive business partnership, take initiative, and manage employee queries

· Strong analytical skills and stakeholder management skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, creating new systems and processes to solve problems
