Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for the Assistant Sales Manager. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting the overall sales process, coordinating with clients, generating and following up on leads, and assisting the sales team to achieve targets. Key responsibilities include negotiating contracts, building strong customer relationships, providing insights and reports, and contributing to the development of sales strategies. The candidate will collaborate closely with other teams to ensure excellent customer service and fulfillment of commitments.

Qualifications
  • Strong Sales and Negotiation skills, including experience in driving sales performance and meeting targets
  • Customer Relationship Management and a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proficiency in Communication and Presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Analytical and Problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and address challenges effectively
  • Time Management and Organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
  • Knowledge of the real estate market, including an understanding of property portfolios and investment opportunities, is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and digital communication platforms
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
