Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor at Narayana Engineering College Gudur, located in Nellore. The day-to-day responsibilities involve teaching undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses, preparing and delivering lectures, designing course materials, and fostering student engagement. The role also includes conducting research, publishing academic papers, and contributing to the institution's academic development. Mentoring and advising students on their academic and career goals is an integral part of this position, along with participation in departmental and institutional activities.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in the CSE and AIML stream or subject area with the ability to teach, explain concepts effectively, and design relevant course materials.
• Proficiency in Research and Publication, with skills in writing, reviewing, and publishing academic papers.
• Excellent preparation and communication skills, including Presentation, Public Speaking, and Curriculum Development abilities.
• Strong organizational and mentoring skills to guide and motivate students effectively.
• Master's degree or Ph.D. in the relevant field is required; relevant teaching or research experience will be an added advantage.
• Commitment to continued learning and development within the academic profession.
