Job Description

Aharada Education is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Assistant Professor for the AEROSPACE Department at our Meerut campus. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education, mentoring students, and contributing to the academic and professional excellence of the institution.

Role Description

• Deliver lectures and practical sessions in AEROSPACE subjects as per academic guidelines.
• Develop lesson plans, course materials, and assessment tools.
• Guide and mentor students in academic and career development.
• Supervise laboratory sessions, workshops, and practical training.
• Participate in curriculum development and academic planning.
• Conduct research and contribute to academic publications (preferred).
• Maintain accurate academic records and documentation.
• Support institutional activities, seminars, workshops, and industry collaborations.

Qualifications

• Aircraft Maintenance Engineering or Masters Degree in/ Aeronautical Engineering / Aerospace Engineering or related field.
• Prior teaching or industry experience in aviation/AME field preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and student development.
