Position : Assistant Producers cum Reporters/Anchor - Leaders of Tomorrow, Mumbai

Role Overview:

Were looking for driven Assistant Producers cum Reporters/Anchors to join the Leaders of Tomorrow team - individuals who are curious, well-spoken & excited to build a long-term career in media. This is a Mumbai-based role only, involving end-to-end content ideation, production, writing & coordination. Candidates should also be comfortable with frequent travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ideating, writing & producing television episodes, promos, stories
• Producing vodcast episodes, reels, teasers & other digital formats
• Traveling for events, producing content from events, awards shows
• On-ground reporting of stories, shooting bytes & interviews
• Assisting with research, scripting, coordination & execution
• Handling multiple formats & deadlines simultaneously
• Managing client-driven or branded shoots

What Were Looking For:

• Excellent command over English (written & spoken)
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Background in media, journalism, mass communication or related fields
• 3 years of relevant experience preferred, but freshers with strong potential are welcome
• High ownership mindset and willingness to learn across formats
