Assistant Producer (Junior)

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Producer to support the planning, coordination, and execution of content and production projects. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn the end-to-end production process and work closely with creative, editorial, and execution teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Producer in day-to-day project management across pre-production, production, and post-production.

Assist in planning shoots, including scheduling, call sheets, logistics, and coordination with internal teams and external vendors.

Liaise with creative teams, clients, talent, and vendors to ensure smooth communication and execution.

Track project timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure deadlines are met.

Help manage budgets, invoices, and basic cost tracking under supervision.

Assist during shoots with on-ground coordination and problem-solving.

Support post-production processes, including follow-ups on edits, feedback, and final deliveries. Maintain documentation, project trackers, and production records.

Basic understanding of production workflows (digital, video, branded content, or advertising preferred).

Qualifications & Experience:

6 months 2 years of experience in production, media, advertising, content, or a related field.

Bachelors degree in Media, Communication, Film, Mass Media, or a related discipline preferred. Internship or assistant-level experience in a production house, agency, or media company is a plus.
