Assistant Outlet Manager

The Role

Were looking for a proactive and dependable Assistant Outlet Manager to support the leadership of one of our Benne cafs in Mumbai.

Youll work closely with the Outlet Manager to ensure seamless daily operations, strong team coordination, and consistently warm guest experiences. This role is ideal for someone ready to step into leadership someone who thrives on the floor, understands operations deeply, and is eager to grow into a full-fledged Outlet Manager.

What Youll Do

• Support daily caf operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to brand standards
• Assist in preparing weekly rosters and managing shift coverage
• Supervise FOH and BOH teams during shifts, ensuring coordination and service efficiency
• Lead service on the floor during peak hours and step in wherever needed
• Support team training, onboarding, and performance monitoring
• Assist in inventory management, stock control, and minimizing wastage
• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards are maintained as per FSSAI and company policy
• Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate concerns when required
• Track daily sales, attendance, and wastage data and support reporting to the Outlet Manager
• Step into the Outlet Managers responsibilities during their absence

What Were Looking For

• 24 years of experience in caf, restaurant, or QSR operations
• Prior experience as a Shift Supervisor / Team Leader preferred
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Hands-on attitude willing to lead from the front
• Organized, reliable, and calm under pressure
• A genuine love for hospitality and team culture
