Job Overview:

We are looking for dynamic, empathetic, and persuasiveTelly Callerswho can connect with leads, explain our programs, handle queries, and assist clients in booking their first clarity or life audit sessions. You will be the first point of contact for our prospects, helping them take the first step towards transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to client queries on WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and email
• Coordinate session schedules, reminders, and follow-ups
• Assist in onboarding clients for programs, workshops, and webinars
• Post content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn (as per content plan)
• Manage comments, DMs, and basic community engagement
• Maintain client records, feedback, and simple reports
• Support live sessions/webinars (links, reminders, coordination)

Skills & Qualifications:

• Good communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)
• Basic understanding of Instagram & social media platforms
• Organized, detail-oriented, and quick to respond
• Empathetic and client-friendly attitude
• Basic Canva / Google Sheets knowledge (bonus)
