Assistant Manager

• The Supervisor for Credentialing and Provider Enrollment in US Healthcare is responsible for leading a team that manages the complete enrollment process for dental providers with Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payers.
• The role includes overseeing document collection and validation, preparing and submitting enrollment applications, and ensuring timely approvals through payer portals or delegated systems.
• The supervisor ensures compliance with payer requirements, monitors team performance, conducts audits, and implements corrective actions to maintain accuracy and integrity.
• Additional responsibilities include coordinating with providers for digital document signing, updating enrollment status in client systems, generating reports, and driving process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Graduate
• 4 to 5 years of experience in credentialling and 1 to 2 year experience in client handling and team lead role
• Strong verbal or written communication skills
• Comfortable with Night shifts
