Job Description: Assistant Manager Trainer Channel Sales


Role Overview

We are looking for an Assistant Manager Training who will be responsible for delivering end- to-end product training on Newgens ECM, BPM, and CCM product suites. The role requires close collaboration with Sales, Presales, Partners, GSIs, and Customers, covering both

functional (sales) and technical aspects of the products.



Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct multiple Sales and Technical training sessions for Partners, GSIs, and Customers (typically 23 sessionsper day).
  • Plan, design, and deliver structured product training programs covering ECM, BPM, and CCM modules.
  • Manage and maintain the Partner Portal, including training content, updates, and learning resources.
  • Prepare training documents, presentations, user guides, and product collaterals.
  • Create and update training videos, walkthroughs, and recorded demos.
  • Deliver live instructor-led training workshops (virtual and/or classroom).
  • Host and manage partner enablement webinars.
  • Conduct partner onboarding presentations to enable new partners quickly and effectively.
  • Design and deliver product demos for Sales, Presales, Partners, and Customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Sales, Presales, Support) to ensure training content is up to date.
  • Gather training feedback and continuously improve training effectiveness.



Required Skills s Competencies

  • Strong understanding of ECM, BPM, and CCM concepts (Newgen product experience preferred).
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and business-friendly manner.
  • Experience in Sales enablement and Technical training.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable conducting live sessions, webinars, and workshops.


  • Hands-on experience in demo creation and product walkthroughs.
  • Good documentation and content creation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage high training volumes.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in engineering / computer science / IT or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in enterprise software training, preferably in BPM / ECM / CCM

platforms.

  • Exposure to Partner Enablement programs is a plus.
