Job Description
- Lead the structural design process for residential and commercial projects from concept to completion
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to develop innovative and cost-effective structural solutions
- Conduct site visits to assess structural integrity and provide recommendations for improvements
- Prepare detailed structural drawings, calculations, and specifications
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and regulations
- Review and approve structural design plans created by junior team members
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise on structural design matters
- Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in structural engineering
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum 6 years of experience
