Location: Bangalore


Currently, we have an opening for Assistant Manager / Sr. Engineer Sales for leading manufacturer of electrical, industrial electronics, and electro-mechanical components, in their search for a suitable professional. Position: Assistant Manager / Sr. Engineer Sales

Industry: Industrial Electronics / Electro-Mechanical


CTC Range: Up to 10 LPA


Educational Qualification:

  • Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Instrumentation (Mandatory)


Experience Required:

  • 4+ years of experience in Industrial Electronics / Electro-Mechanical / Electrical sales
  • Strong exposure to OEM & Channel Partner management
  • Proven ability in customer acquisition, sales planning & order closure
  • Experience in techno-commercial coordination, product presentations & solution selling
  • Strong pipeline generation, reporting & target achievement skills


Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new customers by planning and executing structured sales call schedules

Promote product improvements and operational excellence through technical discussions and demonstrations

Coordinate with internal techno-commercial teams for datasheets, specifications, and customer support leading to order closures

Generate and manage a strong sales pipeline and convert opportunities into confirmed orders

Achieve assigned sales targets through effective planning and execution

Prepare and present periodic sales reports, market trends, and application insights during sales reviews

Build and maintain long-term relationships with OEMs and Channel Partners

Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads, sales figures, and MIS reports

Identify new product development (NPD) opportunities by understanding market and customer needs

Coordinate customer factory visits, in-house presentations, and related activities

Continuously update professional and technical knowledge through trainings and industry interactions
