We are looking for a customer-focused Jewellery Consultant to deliver a refined, consultative in-store experience and assist clients in selecting engagement rings and fine jewellery. The role requires strong relationship-building skills and the ability to confidently handle premium, high-value purchases from consultation to closure.

• Welcome and assist customers with personalized jewellery consultations
• Understand client needs, occasions, and budgets to recommend suitable designs
• Present and explainnatural diamonds, craftsmanship, and customization options
• Drive individual sales targets in a premium, high-ticket retail environment
• Build trust and manage the complete customer journey from inquiry to final purchase
• Maintain consistent follow-ups on leads, trials, and pending decisions
• Support store visual standards and ensure a luxury customer experience
• Record accurate client details, interactions, and orders in CRM
• Coordinate with backend teams for customization updates and delivery timelines

• 14 years of experience in jewellery, luxury, fashion, bridal, or premium retail sales
• Strong communication, grooming, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage confidently with premium clientele
• Interest in diamonds, jewellery styling, and customer consultation
• Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up discipline
• Basic familiarity with CRM systems, billing tools, and WhatsApp client communication
