Assistant Manager Finance

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 12 years of post-qualification experience , preferably from an Audit Firm , and strong expertise in IND AS financial reporting . The role involves handling statutory compliance, audit support, and preparation of financial statements in line with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and finalize IND AS-compliant financial statements (standalone and consolidated)
• Ensure compliance with IND AS, Companies Act, and other applicable regulations
• Lead and support statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits
• Coordinate with statutory auditors and resolve audit queries
• Review balance sheet schedules, reconciliations, and disclosures
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Analyze financial statements and provide insights to management
• Maintain proper financial documentation and audit trails
• Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and regulatory norms

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (mandatory)
• 12 years of post-qualification experience , preferably with a reputed Audit Firm
• Strong working knowledge of IND AS and financial reporting
• Hands-on experience in audit and assurance engagements
• Sound understanding of statutory and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Experience

• Currently based in Gurugram
• Experience in handling multiple audit engagements
• Experience in fast-growing organizations or SaaS companies is a plus
• Exposure to corporate accounting and reporting
