Executive / AM Technical Support (Mechanical)
About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and driven candidates to join our Technical Support team. You will be responsible for handling technical support/application engineering role for Geared Motors (GM)/Industrial Gear (IG) product Applications and working within our sales departments. The role requires a proactive approach to building relationships and providing reliable solutions directly to our customers.
Role Location: Gurgaon
Responsibilities
- Application engineering & technical support for GM and IG to SEW sales
- Providing techno-commercial offers for IG to SEW sales
- Co-ordination with Electronics Manager for package sales development and execution.
- Co-ordination with SEW Group Company (as per communication matrix) for specific technical points.
- Responsible for drawings.
- Visiting customers as per request to extend the technical support as a part of business development activity
- Training of SEW personnel as well as customers engineers.
- Responsible for product engineering (including special design) for IG and GM
- Responsible for technical approval for any product.
- New products updating and training to SEW employees.
- Maintenance of Quality Manual System.
Qualifications
- Education: BE/B.Tech - Mechanical / Electrical from reputed institute. (Other branches, please excuse)
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in Application engineering of Gearmotor/Industrial gear or any rotating equipment and its Accessories will be added advantage
- Essential Skills: Communication & Presentation Skills, Technical Skills, Customer Relationship Management
