Assistant Manager Client Services - MICE

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager Client Servicing MICE to manage end-to-end client relationships and deliver high-quality MICE events. The role involves handling corporate clients, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and ensuring seamless execution of meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned MICE clients
• Understand client requirements and translate briefs into actionable plans
• Manage end-to-end servicing for meetings, conferences, exhibitions, and incentive programs
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, creative, production) for flawless execution
• Prepare proposals, presentations, budgets, and timelines
• Handle vendor coordination, negotiations, and cost management
• Ensure adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards
• Manage on-ground event execution and troubleshoot real-time challenges
• Build strong client relationships to drive repeat business and upselling
• Prepare post-event reports and ensure client satisfaction

• Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good understanding of MICE operations and event logistics
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong budgeting and cost-control skills
• Excellent coordination and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and proposal preparation
• Willingness to travel and work on-ground during events

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 24 years of experience in MICE / corporate events / event agency client servicing
• Hands-on experience managing corporate clients independently
• Exposure to conferences, exhibitions, incentive trips, and meetings
• Strong vendor network is a plus
• Energetic, proactive, and execution-driven mindset
