Role: Assistant Manager - Business Development (Renewable Energy)

Key Focus: This position is dedicated exclusively to Sales & Business Development [Candidates with experience in industrial projects from EPC, IPP, project developers, or owner organizations are encouraged to apply, alongside those from consultancy backgrounds.


Job Description:

  • Fine new opportunities / leads (inbound and outbound enquiries) in renewable and Green Hydrogen space by physical / virtual meeting with clients, presentation, participation in conferences, exhibitions, relevant events, brand promotion, etc.
  • Build and maintain strong, professional business relationships with all clients in line with TV SDs standards, business ethics, and Code of Conduct.
  • Identifying leads, opportunities generation and follow-up for RFQs/TOR ensuring avg. client retention rate of over 85%.
  • Develop a new client base and actively generate, strengthen, and expand the sales pipeline.
  • Responsible for preparing competitive and technically compliant proposals, bids, and quotations in line with client requirements, organizational capabilities, and market strategies. This role involves close coordination with sales, technical, procurement, project management, and operations teams to ensure timely and high-quality submission of tenders.
  • Conducting market research to understand industry trends, identify new opportunities, and evaluate competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute branding activities, ensure participation in relevant industry events, and support or actively engage in marketing campaigns.
  • Be result oriented to achieve the allocated monthly, half yearly and yearly sales target aligned with the organizational goal.


Education and Experience

  • BE/BTech in Mechanical / Electrical for Min. 2 - 5 years in Sales & BD related to Green Energy Industrial experience (Out of which min. 2-3 years in Green Hydrogen & derivative Business)
