Job Description
Mandatory Experience Requirements
- 10+ Years of relevant Work Experience in Real Estate
- Should have handled minimum team size of 5+ & Handled multiple projects simultaneously
- Must have experience in reviewing estimates to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Should be able to develop multi-discipline concepts, detailed and definitive cost estimates for real estate projects
- Should have good experience in using ERP systems (preferably Farvision ERP)
- Should have rich experience on estimation of 60+ meters/ high rise projects 25 floors +
- Should have experience of Formwork estimations
- Should be able to monitor budget v/s actual cost
Minimum Educational Requirements
ME- Civil
BE Civil + MBA
BE Civil + PMP
