Designation Assistant Facility Manager (Technical)

Location NCR

Reporting To Sr Manager/ City Lead

Role & Responsibilities

• Daily facility workaround checklist
• Coordinating with clients for any pending complaints, bills, etc.
• Daily Briefing Facility Engineer about Planned activities and major Building compliant
• Daily checking all Technical Report, Daily Reports.
• Weekly Report.
• Coordinating with the Vendors
• Month-end checking consumable stock and raising indent.
• Every month prepare material snag list and coordinate with multiple vendors for quotations.
• Completing services as per PPM & facility Upkeep Calendar
• Ensuring END to End services under facility management

Skillset required

a. Strong knowledge of property operations

b. The candidate must also demonstrate a good working knowledge of occupational safety and aptitude in client-centric operations.

c. Solid background in team management.

d. To ensure the smooth functioning of the Facility Operations.

e. To work within approved budgets.

Experience (Years) required

Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience

Qualification

B.Tech (Mechanical,Electrical or Electronics) or Diploma in engineering with 10-12 years of experience
