Role Overview

Own and manage the end-to-end hardware and software asset lifecycle

Ensure high accuracy and reliability of CMDB and asset data across the enterprise

Drive asset governance, compliance, and optimization initiatives

Mandatory Skills & Expertise

9+ years of experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM)

Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITAM (HAM / SAM / CMDB)

Deep understanding of hardware, software, and cloud asset management

Strong knowledge of CMDB data models and best practices

Experience with asset discovery tools and integrations

Proficiency in reporting, dashboards, and data analysis within ServiceNow Soft Skills & Communication

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mandatory)

Strong stakeholder coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills

Ability to present asset insights to technical and non-technical audiences

High attention to detail and ownership mindset
