About the Role

We are building a next-generation AI platform for Indian capital markets. This role goes beyond GPT wrappers - you will design and build tool-chained, agentic AI systems capable of analyzing stocks, consuming real-time data, and automating complex financial workflows.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong Python (async programming, backend systems)
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph/LangChain)
• Experience building tool-chained or multi-agent systems
• Experience with open-source LLMs (Llama/Mistral/Phi) or fine-tuning (LoRA)
• Vector databases (Pinecone/Milvus/FAISS)
• Solid understanding of system design & distributed systems

What Youll Do

• Architect and build multi-agent AI systems with tool/function calling
• Design stateful workflows using LangGraph/LangChain (or similar)
• Develop production-grade Python backend services (FastAPI, async systems)
• Integrate LLMs with financial APIs, market data feeds, and vector databases
• Optimize inference, reduce hallucinations, and ensure factual accuracy
• Build scalable, low-latency systems for real-time financial insights

Good to Have

• Experience with capital markets / fintech / trading systems
• MLOps, prompt versioning, and LLM evaluation frameworks
• Real-time data ingestion and low-latency architecture
