Eligibility Criteria:

• CA Inter Both Groups Cleared (IPCC/Intermediate)
• Strong interest in Audit, Taxation, and Advisory
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Working knowledge of Excel and accounting concepts preferred

Job Description:

We are looking for dedicated and motivated CA Inter candidates to join our firm as Articled Assistants. The role offers extensive practical exposure across audit, taxation, compliance, and transaction advisory assignments, ensuring well-rounded professional development aligned with ICAI training objectives.

Key Responsibilities & Learning Exposure:

• Internal Audits, including assignments for listed entities
• Evaluation of internal controls and business process reviews
• GST compliances preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 & 9C
• Assistance in Financial Due Diligence engagements
• Support in IPO advisory, transaction structuring, and growth strategy assignments
• Accounting, financial statement finalisation, and MIS reporting
• Tax Audit and Income-tax Return preparation and filings
• Client coordination and regulatory compliance support

Stipend:

• 12,500 per month 1st Year
• 17,500 per month 2nd Year
• (As per firm policy and ICAI guidelines)
