Art Director

The Role

Were looking for an Art Director who is a strong designer first and will lead by doing, not just directing.

Youll own the visual direction and design quality across brands and campaigns while actively designing key pieces yourself. This role blends hands-on design, visual leadership, and team mentorship .

What Youll Do

• Design and art-direct key brand and campaign assets
• Lead and mentor the Graphic Design team
• Define and maintain clear, scalable visual systems
• Translate strategy and insights into strong design thinking
• Review, refine, and elevate design output across digital, social, and campaigns
• Collaborate closely with Copy, Motion, Video, and Strategy
• Ensure consistency across video-first and AI-enabled workflows
• Set the benchmark for craft, typography, layout, and taste

What Were Looking For

• 58 years of experience in a creative agency or design-led studio
• A hands-on designer with a strong portfolio
• Proven ability to lead and improve other designers work
• Deep understanding of branding, digital-first design, and social ecosystems
• Strong sense of composition, typography, and visual storytelling
• Comfortable designing for static, motion-adjacent, and video-first formats
• Clear communicator with a strong but flexible point of view

Not This Role

• Not a pure manager
• Not a deck-only art director
• Not someone who just approves work
