Job Description
Hiring: Archival Inventory Manager
Location: Mumbai (ON SITE, FULL TIME), South Bombay
Type: TWO MONTH PROJECT
We are looking for a detail-oriented Archival Inventory Manager to assist with an ongoing art archival project.
Role
- Catalogue and maintain artwork inventory
- Record artwork details, title of artwork, size, location, and documentation
- Organise digital and physical archival material
- Assist with artwork labelling and tracking
- Support digitisation and inventory accuracy
- The position will be for 2 months, 5 days per week, 8 hours per day
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Experience in inventory, archives, or gallery/museum work preferred
- Comfortable with Excel / Microsoft office/ (Adobe acrobat, preferred but not required)
- Based in Mumbai
- Must be able to help carry, move, packing and rearranging of the artwork
Compensation- 30K/ Month
