Job Description
| Essential · 8+ years of experience in process design / process analysis engagement for large complex global enterprises · Expertise in Business Process Management (BPM) methodologies, techniques, and methods, including process mapping/modeling · Strong domain & operations process knowledge in Banking · Proficiency in ARIS (BPM Tool) for process design and architecture- Certification in BPMN2.0 Modelling would be an advantage · Proficiency in ADO, MS Office · Excellent Stakeholder management & communication skills |

· Facilitate and participate in client workshops to understand process virtually and convert them to process models/maps · |
