ARD Mentor

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate individual to join our team as an Agriculture and Rural development faculty. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality content, conducting live classes, solving student doubts, and creating mock tests for the subject.

Responsibilities

Prepare and refine content chapter-wise in accordance with the syllabus of Agriculture and rural development for NABARD exam.

Develop engaging and informative PowerPoint presentations (PPTs) for live classes.

Conduct live classes for enrolled students and also on YouTube.

Address student doubts and queries related to the subject.

Prepare mock tests to assess student knowledge and readiness for exams.

Monitor students progress and provide regular feedback on their performance to help them track their growth and identify areas for improvement.

Qualification Criteria

Bachelors or Masters degree in any discipline preferably agriculture.

Experience of 0-3 years.

In-depth knowledge of regulatory exam syllabus and requirements.

Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.

Proficiency in using digital platforms for online teaching.

A good understanding of geography, agriculture, economy etc.

Additional Requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address student queries effectively

Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple responsibilities

Ability to create engaging and interactive learning materials to enhance student engagement and understanding.

Familiarity with exam patterns, question formats, and exam-specific strategies for banking and finance exams.
