At present, we are looking to hire a Junior Designer for our Corporate Design & Build projects, with proficiency in Auto CAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up & Enscape and with a great Communication & Presentation Skills .

Qualification : B-Arch only .

Selection Criteria :

Candidates with 1 -2 years of relevant experience in -

Corporate Interior Test-Fit Layouts.

Concept Design Presentation.

GFC Drawings Preparation.

Vendor Management.

Materials Mock-up.

Site Coordination.

Roles & Responsibilities :

The candidate might have to work under very stringent timeline for pitch projects and on project deliverable.

The candidate will work in tandem with different groups of designers, project managers and QS so as to ensure smooth project design delivery.

The candidate will work toward the successful design transformation through construction phase and ensure execution accuracy of design.

The candidate will attend client and vendor meetings and ensure smooth coordination for transferring the information.

The candidate will coordinate with vendors for mock up and samples approval.
