About the Role

Strong background in solution architecture, business process automation and M365 licensing model and lead end-to-end architecture and design of solutions using power platform.Professional experience in designing & developing solutions using Power Platform, including Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps, Custom Connectors, Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, Power Automate, API integration.

Responsibilities

• Experience required is 12 to 16 years.
• Experience in fully implementing Power Platform Center of Excellence (COE) and platform governance.
• Competitive knowledge of other business applications solutions and related ecosystems.
• Skilled in integrating Power Platform with other systems using Azure integration services.
• Ability to extend Power Platform using custom connectors and PowerApp Component Framework.
• Define and enforce governance standards, including data loss prevention (DLP), environment strategy, and role-based access control, data classification and secure app development practices.
• Ensure solutions comply with organizational and regulatory security and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for data security and privacy.
• Hands on experience in ALM, Azure Dev Ops CI/CD pipeline, Co-pilot Studio, Co-pilot Hub.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Stay updated with the latest features and capabilities of the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for data security and privacy.
• Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
