Architect + Site Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Site Architect, located between the Head-Office in Noida and 30-key Resort Project Site in Tehri-Garhwal, Uttarakhand that is under construction. After an initial training period at the head office, the role will require the candidate to be on-site and accommodation will be provided.

The Site Architect will be responsible for overseeing the company's ongoing construction projects and assisting the Senior Project Manager, managing project timelines, ensuring on-site implementation of architectural details and regular reporting of construction progress. The role also involves coordinating between the various stakeholders (project architect, technical consultants, contractor, head office team).

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Architectural Design and Detailing
• AutoCAD and Excel Proficiency
• Interest and skills in Project / Construction Management
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Relevant degree in Architecture or related field
• 5 Years Experience in the construction industry

Salary Range

Rs. 45,000-55,000 based on past experience and aptitude.
