We are now expanding aggressively in the Resort & Farmhouse Development segment and are looking for a visionary Senior Architect to lead high-value projects.

Job Role: Senior Architect (Resort & Farmhouse Specialist) We are seeking a highly experienced and growth-oriented Architect with strong expertise in Resort Planning & Luxury Farmhouse Design. The candidate must be capable of handling projects from concept development to on-site execution, including master planning, zoning, detailing, coordination, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Master planning of Resorts, Farmhouses & Large Land Projects

Concept design & architectural development

Preparation of :

- Layout plans

- Detailed working drawings

- Elevations, sections & faade design

- Site development & zoning plans

- Efficient land utilization & circulation planning

Coordination with structural, MEP & interior teams

On-site supervision to ensure design execution quality

Material & faade detailing selection

Client presentations & high-level design discussions

Driving innovative, sustainable & cost-effective solutions

Leading and mentoring junior architects/designers

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors/Masters Degree in Architecture

Minimum 7+ years experience (Resort & Farmhouse experience mandatory)

Strong command over:

AutoCAD

SketchUp

Revit (Preferred)

Lumion / 3D visualization tools

Basic BOQ & cost understanding

Strong knowledge of :

Luxury residential planning

Resort zoning & circulation

Landscape integration

Site development

Construction detailing

Leadership mindset & execution focus

Excellent communication & presentation skills

Long-term growth-oriented attitude

Salary & Benefits
