About Rapsap:

Rapsap is a fast-growing chain of essential superstores, combining physical retail with 10-minute app-based delivery. With hygiene, SOP-driven operations, and customer experience at our core, were rapidly expanding across Mumbai and Thane.

We are now looking to strengthen our Architecture & Design team as we scale across formats and geographies.

Role Overview:

As a Junior Architect, you will support the architectural design, store planning, and execution of new retail outlets across locations. Youll work closely with our lead architect, projects, operations, and branding teams to ensure stores are designed efficiently, aesthetically, and in line with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare store layout drawings (2D/3D) and working drawings for civil, electrical, and plumbing execution
• Collaborate on site visits, surveys, and vendor coordination
• Assist in BOQ prep and material selection
• Ensure timely handover of designs and site support
• Maintain design standardization across all stores
• Work closely with branding for in-store graphics and signage placements

• Bachelors Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent
• 13 years of relevant experience in interior/retail/space planning
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and basic Photoshop/PPT
• Strong attention to detail and practical execution understanding
• Willingness to travel to project sites across Mumbai/Thane

Good to have:

• Retail / QSR / hospitality layout exposure
• Experience with fast-paced execution cycles
• Basic understanding of MEP coordination
