Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Architect specializing in Interior Planning & Design. The Architect will be responsible for creating architectural and interior designs, collaborating with clients to understand their needs, and producing comprehensive project plans. Responsibilities also include overseeing project execution, ensuring designs are functional and aesthetically pleasing, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to maintain project timelines and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years experience in Interior planning, designing & project management.
• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong understanding of interior planning principles.
• Experience in Project Management, including coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and ensuring project deliverables are met.
• Strong communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, etc. or related tools.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Prior experience managing residential villas, commercial, or mixed-use architectural projects is preferred.
