Architect – Design Management

Location: Bangalore (All India role)

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch)/Relevant qualification from premier institute, with 8 to 12 years of experience, preferably for commercial office / campus like setup

Job Description:

• Design Management for Green Building Architecture, Interior Design Management for new and refurbishment projects.
• Drive the design process for assigned project from concept design to schematic design to detailed design, ensure coordination with entire design team, and oversee quality of execution in construction phase.
• Manage various Building Performance simulations for ultra-efficient design (Thermal Analysis, Shading Analysis, Daylight Analysis)
• Review and optimization of design, BOQ, specifications for all Architecture and Interior Works
• Manage Schedule of Finishes, Material Selection for Building Interior and External works
• Technical and Commercial evaluation of vendor proposals and preparation of comparisons and recommendation
• Upgrade standards and specifications from time to time to remain relevant and in line with code requirements (National Building Code 2016, ECBC, IGBC, USGBC LEED, and other applicable codes and green building guidelines)
• Oversee execution for successful and timely completion of the projects.
• Drive innovation and incorporation of latest technologies to produce world class buildings and campuses.
• Passion to build world class workspaces
• Manage other Infrastructure related works.
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
