Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 7 to 11 years of experience in Pega technologies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Pega Reporting Pega Application Development Pega Data and Integration Pega User Experience Pega Mobility and Pega Case Management. The role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts and no travel requirements.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of Pega applications to meet business requirements.Oversee the implementation of Pega Reporting to ensure accurate and timely data insights.Provide expertise in Pega Data and Integration to streamline data flow and system integration.Enhance user experience by developing intuitive Pega User Interfaces.Implement Pega Mobility solutions to support mobile access and functionality.Manage Pega Case Management to ensure efficient handling of customer cases.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and assess customer billing inquiries and reports.Authorize customer billing invoices and adjustments to maintain accurate financial records.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Pega development.Conduct regular code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Pega applications.Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on Pega best practices.Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and trends to drive innovation.
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in Pega Reporting Pega Application Development and Pega Data and Integration.Demonstrate expertise in Pega User Experience and Pega Mobility.Have experience in Pega Case Management and handling customer billing inquiries.Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Show ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Hold relevant Pega certifications such as Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) or Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA).
