Relevant Experience

(in Yrs)

• 4-6 years of experience in DELMIA Apriso
• Strong Experience in Manufacturing Execution System (MES) / Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) functionalities

Technical/Functional Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in software development, preferably in manufacturing IT.
• 1-3 years of experience with Apriso MES.
• Programming skills: Java, C#, SQL.
• Database management: Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL.
• Operating Systems: Windows, Linux, Unix.
• Familiarity with integration protocols (SOAP, REST, XML).
• Manufacturing operation management knowledge.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Manufacturing operation management skills.
• Supply chain management familiarity.
• Business process re-engineering experience.
• Integration experience with Plant control tools like DCS, SCADA, OPC, PLC, Historian and other third-party libraries.

Experience Required

• 4-6 years of overall experience.
• Strong Experience in Manufacturing Execution System (MES) / Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) functionalities

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Apriso MES.
• Configure and customize Apriso MES to meet business requirement.
• Integrate Apriso MES with ERP,SCM and other systems using APIs, web services, and messaging protocols.
• Design and develop custom dashboards, reports, and analytics.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Stay up-to-date with Apriso MES releases, updates and best practices.
