Job Description:

Univive Study Abroad is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Application Officer with prior experience in handling university applications, especially with UK universities. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating between students and universities, managing follow-ups, and supporting the application and interview process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling and processing student applications for overseas universities, primarily UK universities
• Regular follow-ups with UK universities regarding application status, offers, and interview updates
• Coordinating with students for interview scheduling with universities
• Arranging and managing student interviews with universities
• Communicating interview details, guidelines, and feedback to students
• Following up with universities for interview feedback and final decisions
• Maintaining accurate records of applications, interviews, and communication
• Providing timely updates to students and internal teams
• Ensuring compliance with university requirements and deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Application Officer or in a similar role within a study abroad consultancy
• Hands-on experience in dealing with UK universities
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
• Customer-focused and detail-oriented approach

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in handling student interviews and university coordination
• Knowledge of UK admission processes
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
