Location: Pune

Experience: Minimum 5 years (DELMIA Customization)

Role Overview

As an Application Lead , you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that applications are tailored to meet organizational needs while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. The role requires staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in application development to ensure the team is equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization
• Collaborate with and manage the team to ensure effective performance
• Take responsibility for team-level decisions
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and functional decisions
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance overall team capabilities
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Serve as the primary point of contact for application-related activities

Must-Have Skills

• Minimum 5+ Years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE DELMIA Customization
• Strong understanding of application design and development methodologies
• Experience with project management tools and techniques
• Ability to analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Familiarity with integration processes and data management
