Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with Scala Programming Language and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Be hands-on in development, code reviews and unit testing. - Contribute to design meetings and help to take design decisions - Able to contribute in optimizing, refining and performance tuning applications, script and processes - Enhance and improve the application development capability within the team, via automation and innovation Professional & Technical Skills: - Experience of working with a Scala, Spark and Hadoop Experience in defining and implementing Dev-Ops pipelines - Good exposure in code quality coverage tools - Build languages such as SBT or Maven with continuous integration tools such as TeamCity or Jenkins. - Familiarity with GIT, TeamCity, SonarCube etc. - Working experience on MongoDB and Maria DB DevOps mentality. Familiar with Cloud Technologies Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Scala Programming Language. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
