Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions, and providing technical guidance to team members. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring their professional growth and development. - Conduct detailed analysis of complex business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and design documents. - Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and processes, including Agile and Waterfall. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Extensive experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module. - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of SAP SD business processes and integration with other modules. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation. - Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of SAP ABAP programming language. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in SAP SD configuration and customization. - Solid grasp of project management methodologies and processes, including Agile and Waterfall. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
