Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve developing and implementing SAP Analytics Cloud solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the development and implementation of SAP Analytics Cloud solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP Analytics Cloud development, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Extensive experience in SAP Analytics Cloud development. - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of SAP Analytics Cloud architecture and design principles. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP HANA, SAP BW, and other SAP technologies. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Analytics Cloud development. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Pune office.
