Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) to ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, acting as the primary point of contact for all application-related issues. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Conduct detailed analysis of complex business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications for development. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM), integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP FICO, and SAP ABAP. - Solid understanding of financial processes and accounting principles. - Experience in leading and managing teams in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM). - The JOB FAMILY and PROJECT ROLE information are not for candidate's experience. - This position is based at our Mumbai office.
