Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with data modeling techniques and methodologies to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex data models using data modeling techniques and methodologies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects, acting as the primary point of contact for all application-related issues. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including data models, data dictionaries, and other relevant documentation. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring the successful delivery of projects. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in data modeling techniques and methodologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in data modeling techniques and methodologies. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and database design. - Solid understanding of database management systems, including Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL. - Experience with data modeling tools such as ERwin or ER/Studio. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in data modeling techniques and methodologies. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions. - This position is based at our Mumbai office.
