Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives. - Design and develop high-quality applications based on business needs. - Lead the development team and provide technical guidance and support. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined timeline and budget. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs. - Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Reltio. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and developing applications using Reltio. - Knowledge of data modeling and database concepts. - Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and web services. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. - Experience with version control systems like Git. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Reltio. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
