Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing the team's performance, and making key decisions. You will also provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams, contributing to the overall success of the project. Roles & Responsibilities: 1: Test and Project Manager Lead for a service pack upgrade of PC3 (highly customized ECC system) 2: Expected to be an SME 3: Collaborate and manage the team to perform 4: SAP Upgrade experience Professional & Technical Skills: 1: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Test Management 2: Must To Have Skills: - Project Management skills 3: Good To Have Skills: Communication Skills 4: Ability to lead meetings with a large group of stakeholders Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Test Management - This position is based at our Hyderabad office - A 15 years full-time education is required
