Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Oracle Hyperion Essbase. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and developing solutions to meet those requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Hyperion Essbase applications, acting as the primary point of contact for the project. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop solutions to meet those requirements. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user manuals. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Ensure the quality and integrity of the application through rigorous testing and debugging. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Oracle Hyperion Essbase. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Oracle Hyperion Planning, Oracle Hyperion Financial Management, and Oracle Hyperion Calculation Manager. - Strong understanding of multidimensional database concepts and principles. - Experience in developing and maintaining complex Essbase applications, including outline design, calculation scripts, and report development. - Experience in developing and maintaining Essbase integrations with other systems, including data warehouses and reporting tools. - Experience in performance tuning and optimization of Essbase applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Hyperion Essbase. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
