Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications, utilizing your expertise in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and developers, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders. - Ensure adherence to best practices and standards for application development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: -1.Analyzing current data warehousing processes for improvement to make procedures more efficient that is built on SQL server. 2.Develop and write optimized stored procedures, Triggers, functions using MS-SQL. 3.Should have good work exposure in MS-SQL administration. 4.Build ETL jobs using SSIS and BODS. 5.Should develop data modelling solution preferably using star and hybrid schema. 6 Should be proficient in Control-M Scheduling and administration. 7 Participate in requirement gathering with business stake holders and provide data lineage flow, effort estimates etc., Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
