Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with business objectives, overseeing project timelines, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing guidance and support to your team while ensuring adherence to best practices in application development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Solution Architecture and experience in SAP SD/SAP ABAP is must -Good to have exp in providing solutions in Industry: Mining , Metals and Oil & Gas - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience with cloud-based solutions and architecture. - Ability to analyze and optimize application performance. - Familiarity with various programming languages and frameworks. Lead the end-to-end solution design for SAP SD (Order-to-Cash, Pricing, Billing, Contracts, Credit Management, Rebates). Integration exp with MM, FI/CO, WM, and external systems (CRM, e-commerce, logistics platforms). Define solution blueprints aligned with enterprise architecture standards and business requirements. Translate business needs into functional and technical solutions with scalability and performance in mind. Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, delivery teams, and external partners. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12+ years of SAP experience with deep knowledge of SD module configuration and business processes. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
